The father of Chiaki, a rich businessman. He makes a brief appearance in Season 3, Episode 1, where his son, Chiaki is seen glancing over at his father after he performs on stage. He later appears in Episode 7.
He scolds Chiaki saying his playing is not good enough. He doesn't approve the sound an electric violin makes.
