Hiroto Kanazawa is the teacher put in charge of the concours. A rather lazy man, he has a personal assistant, Shinobu Ousaki. He is always seen smoking and sometimes when outdoors he is seen feeding the cats that live on the school's grounds.
Personality
He is rather lazy, but he seems really popular with the students and they that is because he is easy to talk to. You can see him a lot of times giving food to cats. He also gets criticized for smoking with no sign of quiting.
History
Despite his lazy persona, he was actually a famous tenor in Europe. When his girlfriend left him he started drinking and smoking which caused damage to his vocal cords. Unable to continue his singing career, he returned to Japan to teach.
